Counties, cities and submarkets we cover

The 12 Texas counties the desk works, with the cities and submarkets in each.

FundPlug takes wholesale deals in Dallas–Fort Worth and across Texas: assignable contracts, listings with written authority, and owner sales. Places are in alphabetical order, and a place that sits in two counties is listed under both. This page is geography only. It does not rank places or say how much buying happens in any of them. The DFW heat map scores the same places on a simulated index, not MLS, deed or transaction data. To check a file against the desk's screen, use the buy box calculator. To send one, submit a deal. We take Texas contracts anywhere a buyer wants the box. Elsewhere, ask before you send.
