If you want a guru page that promises every contract goes to Blackstone, this is the wrong site. Since July 2026 federal law bars the largest single-family landlords from buying at all, starting January 7, 2027. If you want a desk in DFW that will tell you who can still buy your file, and get it to them, send it.
