What we collect
When you submit a deal, FundPlug collects what you type in the form: your name, mobile number, email, entity or team name, the property address, contract price, asking price, ARV, close date, condition notes, and the link to the folder holding your contract and photos. We also record the time you started and finished the form.
Why we collect it
To underwrite the file, call you about it, and, if the paper holds, present the deal to buyers. We do not sell your information and we do not contact your seller.
Where it goes
Submissions are relayed from this site to our deal desk system (a customer relationship management tool we operate on Cloudflare) where the desk reviews them. This website is hosted on Cloudflare. A copy of your submission receipt is stored in your own browser so the confirmation page can show it; it never leaves your device.
Calls and texts
We call the number you give us about the deal you sent. We only text you if you checked the consent box on the form. Consent is not a condition of any review or offer, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no advertising cookies. It may use privacy-focused, cookieless traffic analytics provided by our host to count visits.
